Café Nómada: Nomad Hub's first coffee, tokenized and sold in under 12 hours

Case
·
Nomad Hub launched its first own-brand coffee with R3AL. We split the batch into four stages, and the first sold out in under 12 hours.
The asset
Nómada Hub was born in 2014 as a community of entrepreneurs and digital nomads, and has grown to operate three of its own coffee shops in Buenos Aires.
With the launch of Café Nómada, its first coffee brand, it took a new step in its business model: selling a Colombian specialty coffee, rated 84 points, through its own locations.
The tokenized asset is Batch 01, made up of 726 kg of roasted coffee, intended both for retail sale in 250-gram bags and for consumption in its coffee shops.
The challenge
Financing the launch and sale of its own product without relying exclusively on traditional financing, by drawing on an established community of consumers.
The goal was not only to raise capital but to develop a model that would let community members participate economically in the product they consume, linking their investment to the coffee's commercial results.
At the same time, Nómada wanted to strengthen its relationship with its customers by adding benefits and experiences that would extend the value of participating beyond the financial return.
How we structured it
We designed a tokenization structure backed by an administration trust, linking the economic rights to Batch 01 with their digital representation on blockchain.
The issuance was structured as 400 ERC-1155 tokens on Polygon, for a total value of US$20,000. Each US$50 token represents a fiduciary interest equivalent to 0.25% of the assets associated with the batch. The offering was organized in four stages of 100 tokens.
The financial model combines two income streams from selling the coffee: retail sales of bags and supplying Nómada's own coffee shops. Results are distributed according to contractually defined economic rules.
At R3AL Blocks, we provided the infrastructure to issue, custody, and manage the digital interests, integrating KYC/AML verification, legal registration, and reconciliation mechanisms between the commercial operation and participants' economic rights.
The structure includes an estimated six-month commercial cycle, with results distributed proportionally at closing, in Argentine pesos, and the option to receive payment in physical product.
We also added benefits tied to holding the token, such as discounts at the coffee shops, access to coffee at preferential prices, and exclusive experiences for the community.
The result
The first pool of 100 tokens was fully subscribed in under 12 hours, reaching US$5,000 in participations and covering 25% of the total planned issuance.
The initial response showed the community's interest in helping finance its own product, validating staged offerings as a way to access investment.
Beyond raising capital, the launch connected financial participation with consumer benefits, adding a new dimension to the relationship between the brand and its customers.
What this case shows
Café Nómada shows that tokenization can serve as a tool for productive financing and customer loyalty, allowing a company to turn a commercial batch into digital interests accessible to its community.
For R3AL Blocks, the project shows the ability to bring legal structuring, blockchain infrastructure, and economic distribution models together in a single solution.
A replicable model for consumer brands, companies with inventory, and businesses with established communities looking for new financing alternatives without losing their direct connection with customers.
